Cocktail: Spanish Gin & Tonic
2 oz AMASS Dry Gin
4 oz Tonic Water of choice
Sprig of rosemary
Start with a large balloon glass; stem or stemless. Fill with ice and put aromatics into glass—rosemary, grapefruit peel, and lime.
Pour gin over the aromatics. Then, using a bar spoon, pour tonic water down over the spoon. Top with garnishes and serve.
