Flying Solo

If you’re single this Valentine’s day there’s no need to fret—self-love is still worth celebrating. Treat yourself to a cocktail over a candlelit dinner for one, or cozy up with a good book and a face mask. Whatever date you decide to take yourself on, this Thorny Rose cocktail is sure to help set the mood.

Thorny Rose

INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Dry Gin
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
¼ tsp Rosewater
4 oz Tonic Water
Grapefruit Wedges and Rose Petals, for garnish

RECIPE
In a cocktail shaker add a handful of ice, Dry Gin, grapefruit juice and rosewater. Shake to combine then pour into a glass of ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with grapefruit wedges and rose petals.

Just Friends

Show your friends some love this Valentine’s Day. If you’re planning to gather with your crew, let the love flow just as freely as the drinks. Throw on a romcom or have a V-day potluck to say cheers to friendship. Try a classic Pink Lady cocktail to sweeten your friend's day.

Pink Lady

INGREDIENTS
1½ oz AMASS Dry Gin
½ oz Applejack
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Grenadine
1 Egg White
Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

RECIPE
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Bask in the romance this Valentine’s Day. If you’re celebrating with your significant other, now’s the time to impress with a delicious drink. End your day snuggled by the fire with a cocktail that doubles as dessert. Skip the box of chocolates, and try this Chocolate Martini recipe instead.

Chocolate Martini

INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Botanic Vodka
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
1 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup or Ganache
Cocoa powder, for garnish

RECIPE
Add Botanic Vodka, Bailey’s, chocolate liqueur, and chocolate syrup or ganache into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled then strain into a martini glass. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
